Group meeting on Saturday 19th July at Jack Sprats, a new veggie/vegan cafe on Chillingham Raod, Heaton, Newcastle. Meet for 10.30am in the back room, feel free to bring the kids.
Evening Social meeting on Wednesday 6th August at Bob Trollops.
Northumbria Vegans and VegNE summer beach picnic on Sunday 20th July at Tynemouth. Meet 11am prompt down from the Gibraltar Rock Pub in Tynemouth. Pleas bring along vegan food to share & its a good idea to let us know what you are bringing so others can choose something else. Feel free to bring friends & family (but please only vegan food on the day).
Another beach picnic on Sunday 24th August. Same time, same place.
Alnwick Food Festival will be held on 20th and 21st September where we are holding a stall. Please get in touch if you want to help, or just come and say hello if you can.

Jack Sprats
The recently opened Jack Sprats (413 Chillingham Road, Heaton, Newcastle) have been very kind to let us hold our meetings in the back room of their cafe, and we can enjoy their food and drink too! We have meetings here on the 3rd Saturday of the month. If you don't know where it is, see this map for directions.Bob Trollops
Bob Trollops is a pub which also serves vegetarian food on Newcastle's Quayside, at 32-40 Sandhill, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 3JF. See map for directions. We now have social meetings here on the 1st Wednesday evening of each month.To be confirmed...
